We strictly enforce age verification through Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport verification during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds will be forfeited.
Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. While tot303 operates under an international gaming license issued by an offshore jurisdiction, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your place of residence. By using tot303, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction or that you accept the legal consequences of using our services.
You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You must not be legally restricted from gambling due to any court order, self-exclusion arrangement, or statutory prohibition.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one account with tot303. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. All information provided must match your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport exactly.
tot303 is required to verify your identity in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming policies. You must complete KYC verification by uploading clear copies of your Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport within 7 days of registration. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. tot303 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
tot303 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws. In the event of account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees, unless the closure is due to fraudulent activity, in which case funds may be forfeited.
tot303 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Withdrawal minimums are Rp 100,000. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits.
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 5 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 12-24 hours during business days (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 48 hours.
tot303 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager your deposit at least once before requesting a withdrawal. tot303 reserves the right to request additional documentation or refuse withdrawals if we suspect money laundering or fraudulent activity.
Important: All withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet from which deposits were made. If you wish to withdraw to a different account, you must contact customer support and complete additional verification procedures.
All bonuses offered by tot303 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You must read and understand the specific terms of each bonus before claiming it. Bonus terms are displayed on the promotions page and in your account dashboard.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots 100%, live casino 10%, sports betting 50%.
tot303 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, or colluding with other players. Any Player found abusing bonuses will have their account closed and all funds forfeited.
You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be removed from your account, and only your original deposit balance will remain.
All bets are subject to acceptance by tot303. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or irregular betting patterns. A bet is not considered accepted until you receive confirmation in your account history.
For sports betting, results are determined based on official league or competition rulings. For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes. In the event of disputes, tot303's decision is final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
Bets may be voided in cases of: obvious errors in odds or lines, technical malfunctions, cancelled or postponed events (subject to specific sport rules), or fraudulent activity. In the event of a voided bet, your stake will be returned to your account.

While tot303 strives to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We are not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
tot303 makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of odds, results, and account balances. However, we are not liable for errors or omissions. In the event of a clear error, tot303 reserves the right to correct the error and void any affected bets.
tot303 may display content from third-party game providers, odds providers, and data feeds. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party content.
In no event shall tot303's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which tot303's international gaming license is issued. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact tot303 customer support at [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority or pursue alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as provided under our license.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
tot303 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly.
